MAW's Purpose Statement
The purpose of MAW shall be to assist member museums in enhancing the museum community of Waco by facilitating educational opportunities and training, through the exchange of knowledge, through the promotion of the cultural community, and by providing scholarships and grants in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws. MAW’s activities are, and will be limited to, those customarily defined as proper to tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c) (3), of the Internal Revenue Code.
